CITY can help in more ways than one
As Customer Care Manager, my primary duties are answering questions, resolving problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and solutions. From the 6:30am phone calls and messages from me (it’s true healthcare NEVER sleeps!) to our drivers re-arranging delivery schedules last minute to be accommodating, and our teams working Saturdays to make ends meet – it’s a group effort, and I am so, so thankful for their hard work.
