The CITY Quality Management System
At CITY Healthcare, our CQM Process—also known as the CITY Quality Management System—is the backbone of how we consistently deliver what we promise. This system was built to ensure every product and process meets the highest healthcare standards, with multiple checkpoints, team accountability, and real-time tracking. "The CQM process gives us full confidence that what we send out is exactly what our customers expect to receive," says Colin Wetlaufer, CITY President. From cleaning laundry to delivery, every step is designed to protect patients, support healthcare staff, and uphold compliance without compromise.
